The architecture of this project is seen as an assemblage of its parts much like a machine, but it chooses to fill itself with the poetic soul of Chandigarh. It’s s mass is a function of shade and rests on the ground carving the movement of the site. Its volumes rise and fall emulating the passages of the wind.
It is a machine. A machine with both purpose and soul.
